A developer will be expected to work their ass off turning ideas into awesome software. There is an expectation that developers should work through the night to get stuff done. That they should be on call 24/day to respond to any issues. There isn't that expectation for 'ideas people' or 'marketing people'. If you want to find a technical cofounder, you need to show that you're bringing something to the table
